Like many of you, we have been closely following the spread of COVID-19. The safety and wellbeing of our team and our clients remains as our core priority. With that in mind, we’d like to share some important updates with you.
Access to Services: No services or stock levels are currently impacted by COVID-19. You can access your Lytx Account and use our services as you usually do.
Remote Working Capabilities: If the event arises that our offices close, we have the technology to continue to service all of our clients. Our entire team is able to work remotely should widespread isolation be required. As a result, the risk of disruption to our business remains minimal, and we expect to maintain uninterrupted support while delivering critical business services.
Meetings: To protect the health and safety of our personnel and our clients, we will use video conference facilities in lieu of in-person meetings where possible. We have also enacted a policy to restrict all travel to limit potential issues.
Monitoring of the Situation: Our leadership team is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, both globally and locally. Our efforts include daily review of guidance issued by the Australian Government – Department of Health, as well as engaging in business continuity planning with our service providers. Continuing to service our customers is a top priority of DriveRisk. We will continue to provide you with updates as the situation develops.
